We have arranged a room block at The Evangeline, located just three minutes from our venue in Wolfville. The property features beautiful grounds, a pool and sauna, a full-service restaurant, and stylish mid-century design that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We’ve reserved several rooms for Thursday and Friday nights to accommodate guests traveling in, as well as additional rooms for Friday night for those who live locally but would like to stay and enjoy the celebration with everyone.

Booking details: The hotel will be providing us with a unique booking link to access our reserved block of rooms. This link will be available in the winter, and we’ll share it here on the website as soon as it’s ready. Please use that link to book your room within our block and receive the preferred rate. Any rooms not reserved by June 25 will be released and subject to standard pricing and availability.
