If you’ll be in the area before or after the wedding, we’d love to spend a little extra time together. We’ve planned a couple of relaxed, optional gatherings throughout the weekend and would be so happy to see you there.

  • Welcome Meet & Greet at The Evangeline
    Thursday, August 27, 2026 | 6:30–8:30 PM

    We’ll be hosting a casual, drop-in meet & greet at the Owner’s House at The Evangeline. We’ll have light bites, wine, and non-alcoholic options — stop by and say hello if you’re in the area.

  • Brunch at Longfellow’s
    Saturday, August 29, 2026 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Close out the celebration with a delicious hosted brunch at Longfellow, the on-site restaurant at The Evangeline. Guests are welcome to stop by anytime between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Wedding Day Schedule

Lightfoot and Wolfville Vineyard, Wolfville

  • 4:30 PM - Guests Arrive
    Guests are welcome to arrive and make their way to the venue’s Tidal Loft.

  • 5:00 PM -Ceremony Begins
    We’ll exchange vows overlooking the vineyard.

  • 5:30 PM - Cocktail Hour
    Join us for an open bar and passed canapés - indoors or out on the balcony with views of the vineyard and Minas Basin.

  • 6:45 PM - Dinner Begins
    A relaxed, sit-down dinner in the wine barrel cellar, featuring seasonal Nova Scotia flavours.

  • 9:00 PM - Closing the Evening
    The winery celebration wraps up around 8:30–9:00 PM; the boutique will be open for wine purchases before you head out.

  • After the Celebration
    If you’re up for more, join us at The Evangeline for a casual bonfire, drinks, and late-night snacks (weather permitting).
